How Do I Use My Customer Rewards Points?

You can use your Reward Points both online and in our Ulverston store.
Important: Your account must be verified via email before you can redeem any points.

 

In-Store

Let our team know you’d like to use your points at checkout — we’ll look up your balance and apply it to your purchase.

Online

1. Make sure your account is verified (check your inbox for the verification email and click the link inside).
2. Log into your account and add items to your cart.
3. At the payment page, your Reward Points balance will appear under Customer Rewards.
4. Click the green “+” button to apply your points to the order.
