Please allow up to 10 working days from the day your return reaches us for it to be processed — though most are completed within 2 working days of arrival.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
If it’s been more than 10 working days since your parcel was delivered back to us, drop us a message and we’ll double-check for you.
