What’s Your Return & Refund Policy?
Returns made easy
You don’t need to contact us before returning an item.
Print the Returns Form (or use the one in your parcel), send the item back to us, and we’ll process it within 10 working days (we aim for 2).
Return window
You can return items for a refund within 45 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — we don’t provide prepaid return labels for non-faulty returns.
Condition requirements
Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition. This includes:
- All original tags attached
- No signs of wear, washing, marks, or damage
- No odours (smoke, perfume, aftershave)
- Soles must be unmarked and not worn outside (footwear)

Shoeboxes must be intact, unmarked and not used as shipping boxes

Repackage your item securely and return via Royal Mail (tracked recommended) to:

Processing & refunds
Returns are processed within 10 business days (Mon–Fri).
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
Keep your return tracking number — we can’t provide one.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty
Don’t send it back yet.
Email help@workingclassheroes.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review it and advise the next steps.
What if the outer parcel is damaged?
The packaging is there to protect the item during delivery. Marks or dents on the parcel do not necessarily mean the item inside is damaged.
If the item itself is affected, please send photos and your order number to our team for review.
