Sometimes you’ll see a Click & Collect message like “Available for collection on Monday” even if you planned to visit the store today.
Why does this happen?
Our stock is held across multiple warehouses, not just in our Ulverston shop.
The estimated time shown in your basket is the earliest possible time we can get the item to store and ready for collection.
If the estimate shows Monday, it means the item isn’t currently in store and needs to be transferred first.
Can I collect it today instead?
If the system says Monday, same-day collection isn’t possible as the item is not in the shop at the moment.
As soon as the order is ready, we’ll email you with a “Ready for Collection” notification.
