How to Reset Your Password
If you can’t access your Working Class Heroes account or want to change your password, follow these quick steps.
Forgotten Password
- Click the person icon at the top right of the page, then select Login to My Account.
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address linked to your account and click Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for an email from Working Class Heroes and click the Reset Password link inside.
- Enter a new password, confirm it, and submit.
- You can now sign in with your new password.
If You’re Already Logged In
- Click the person icon at the top right of the page and select My Account.
- In the left-hand menu, choose Personal Details.
- Scroll down to the Update Password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm new password.
- Click Update Password to save your changes.
Troubleshooting

Didn’t get the email?
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Wait a few minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed.
If it doesn’t arrive, request another reset link. -
Reset link expired or not working?
Go back to the login page and request a new one.
Try opening the link in a private or incognito window. -
Can’t remember which email you used?
Try any addresses you’ve ordered with.
