Why Is My Reward Balance £0?
If your balance shows £0 or lower than expected, it usually means your latest order hasn’t been processed yet.
Your Customer Rewards only become active after we process your order - not at the moment you pay.
Once the order is marked as processed in our system, any new points will be added automatically and you’ll see them in your account.
